Return & Refund Policy

At Droplaza, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


✅ Return Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items such as personal care, hygiene products, innerwear, or customized items are non-returnable.


🔁 Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at ijvan560@gmail.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos/videos (if required)

  • Our team will review and guide you through the return process.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

🔹 Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

🔹 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Customers must share correct bank/UPI details for refund processing.


🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:

    • Damaged product

    • Wrong product delivered


📦 Damaged / Incorrect Product

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
